The Finger Lakes Wrestling Club is committed to developing local wrestlers to become the best in New York State as well as the nation. Offering the highest class of coaching and facilities, the FLWC is the premier training and learning environment for wrestlers of all ages and experience levels.

Announcements:
The Finger Lakes Wrestling Club will play host to USA Wrestling Regional Training Center practices throughout the summer. Practices will be at Friedman Wrestling Center on Mon-Fri from 4:15-5:15pm, and open strength training hours for the Regional Training Center practices will be from 11:30-12 noon Mon-Fri. These practices will continue through August 13, require a USA Wrestling card to participate; you must also be 18 years old to use the weight room without an adult.  Click here for the complete schedule. nd at, or email wattenbergwrestling@gmail.com for more information.

FLWC at the New York State Fair
If you will be competing for the FLWC at New York State Fair, please click here for the registration form. Please print and fill out the form and bring it with you to check in. Check in will be at 3 p.m. on August 28.
